Perfect for adding height to your beds, borders and containers, this gorgeous perennial will produce bright scarlet red, two lipped flowers from late summer and lasting through to the autumn. This Lobelia will stand tall in your displays, growing to a height of almost 90cm, the unique purple stems will provide you with interest standing in the spring.

'Queen Victoria' is a versatile perennial that will make a perfect addition to your informal cottage garden, it is also a magnet for pollinators such as butterflies and other beneficial insects.

This Lobelia is hardy to -5 in the winter so will need some protection from strong and cold winds in the winter. Cut back your faded blooms to encourage a longer flowering season.
